"Carly is just amazing and life always feels so much better when she has been for a visit! She helped me through two pregnancies and I am more than sure helped induce my second baby when he was too comfortable and a week overdue. She makes the environment so relaxing (if i can stop chatting to her as she is so interesting!). Highly recommend!"

I am qualified to use Moxa in my treatments to help turn a breech baby.  This can be done from 33 weeks.   After a consultation, you will have a wonderfully relaxing reflexology treatment.   I will then get you leaning over my treatment couch whilst I use the Moxa stick on your feet.     After we have finished I will give you a stick to take home and instructions on how to use it.   (please note, this treatment can only be given from my home treatment room in East Horsley, Surrey)

By including Gentle Release Therapy into my Labour Prep Treatment we can work on any fears, worries or anxieties you might have that could perhaps be stopping you from going into Labour.  By holding certain points on your body where we store these emotions and by using Acu-touch, we can help to release tension and restriction from the body allowing these areas to open and create more space for the baby to flow through with more ease.

The effects of Reflexology on Labour Outcomes - Dr Gowri Motha and Dr Jane McGrath

Thirty seven of sixty four pregnant women who where were offered free reflexology completed the set course of ten treatments. The effects of reflexology on labour outcomes were perceived as outstanding. In total, the average first stage was 5 hours, second stage 16 minutes, and third stage 7 minutes. This is compared to textbook figures of 16 to 24 hours' first stage and 1 to 2 hour's second stage.

Pregnancy Reflexology

"If there were an eleventh star out of ten I would definitely give it to Carly. She has been my reflexologist through both of my awful pregnancies which has brought me relief and comfort of some of my debilitating symptoms. I have tried other reflexologist in the past and no one else comes close!"
