About me

Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a qualified Reflexologist, graduating from the Central London School of Reflexology in 2005.

I had been having reflexology for years for insomnia and the results that I noticed sparked an interest in 'how does Reflexology work?' I had no interest in being a reflexologist but after the first weekend of training I knew that I needed a career change! After having my two boys and realising I have an interest in the wonders of pregnancy, I went on to study the further courses as shown below and have loved following the road of Fertility, Pregnancy and Women's Wellbeing. Most recently adding to my 'tool box' as a Fertility Coach using the Freedom Fertility Formula.

As you can see, I also love to study! I am constantly on the look-out for something 'extra' that I can add into my treatment which will benefit my clients - whatever you are coming to see me for. I love my job and feel passionate about the work that I do and the differences I can make to my clients lives.

I will forever be grateful to Carly and would recommend her to anyone. I saw Carly recommended on Instagram. At the time I was pregnant with my second baby and struggling with severe anxiety. Despite feeling anxious and slightly dubious Carly instantly made me feel at ease. Carly gave me the space to talk through my concerns and listened. Carly suggested GRT in addition to reflexology. Despite having the treatment numerous times, I cannot explain what GRT is or how it works! But I do know it works. I left every appointment feeling like the anxiety that was crushing me was lifting. Carly is the first recommendation I give to friends who're trying for a baby. I started seeing Carly after a first disappointing round of IVF. The number of eggs collected for our second round doubled, and for our third egg collection (we were 'batching' embryos) trebled again. I continued to see Carly ahead of embryo transfer when it turned out that I had fallen pregnant naturally, which I believe was in no small part due to the immense support, expertise, reassurance and relaxation Carly provided throughout those few months. Finding Carly and booking in for regular reflexology sessions has been the best thing during my pregnancy. From the minute I enter her little haven in her garden, I start to relax. With lovely smells, accompanying music, comfortable bed with warmed blankets, Carly usually starts with a guided spoken meditation to help me get into the right mindset. Having this little bit of ‘me’ time, tackling aches and pains, and just generally relaxing leaves me in such a rejuvenated state. Sometimes I even fall asleep!! I will certainly be carrying on with treatments once baby is born (as long as I can persuade someone to look after him). I cannot recommend Carly enough!

I can’t even begin to put into words how wonderful Carly’s reflexology treatments are. I am just back from a face and foot treatment and to say that it was bliss is an understatement. I floated in a heavenly state for 90 mins of joy and apart from the fact that I never wanted it to end I feel rested and rejuvenated. Carly is supportive, kind and extremely professional. The reflexology sessions are a wonderful way to reset the body and to be mindful. Positive mindset is essential on a fertility journey and the holistic sessions are a great way to escape the everyday stress. I contacted Carly a year ago as I needed help after a miscarriage. I began seeing Carly during my second pregnancy. My first baby was born during lockdown and the birth had been stressful which had led me to become quite anxious about giving birth again. My sessions with Carly helped me prepare so much, I felt calmer, more relaxed and at ease. The safe, calm, peaceful environment that Carly creates for treatments really allows you to switch off and relax. The birth of my son was lovely and straightforward and I really believe I owe a big part of that to Carly. I have continued to see her since and I've found the 'me time' invaluable. I noticed I had been struggling with milk production for a short while and when I referenced this in passing to Carly she focused on that during one of our sessions. I’ve had several fabulous and relaxing treatments with Carly over the course of my pregnancy. They have really helped me to relax, have some me time and for me personally helped nausea and back pain. I’m now 34 weeks and mentioned that baby was breech. Immediately Carly explained moxa and my midwife had already encouraged me to try this Chinese herb method of turning baby. My treatment was at lunchtime and that evening I had a tummy ache and felt some big movements. 3 days later my midwife confirmed that baby was in fact head down! After one treatment! If I could give 10 stars I would! I first met Carly back in 2018 when I was in a very low place. She has been my rock throughout my journey! She has listened to me over and over again and given me the best advice possible whilst giving me the most relaxing treatments. I’ve always felt quite nervous about trying new things and reflexology was definitely new to me. As soon as I met Carly, she made me feel 100% relaxed and comfortable. Carly is a miracle worker! I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy and was a little skeptical about reflexology, but I was waking up with terrible leg cramps and wanted to see if this would help. Carly is wonderful; the treatment was incredibly relaxing and not only have my leg cramps completely disappeared, but Carly instinctively knew where else needed work. I didn't even tell her that my digestive system had slowed down due to the pregnancy, but she was able to get it working much more efficiently through the treatment. I was so impressed that I immediately booked another another appointment for the following week, with the view to encourage baby to make an appearance on her own and yet again, Carly delivered - I felt lots of movement that night and the following morning at my midwife appointment, the baby was fully engaged. Carly is amazing and I'd 100% recommend her!

I have been treated by Carly since 2016 for fertility. Her treatments have not only been successful in my fertility journey but have been so relaxing and grounding that it is something that I wanted to continue after my girls were born. When Carly first mentioned facial reflexology, I was a little sceptical about how it would all work. But I have such trust and respect for her that I thought that I would give it a go. I now have both the facial and foot reflexology combined treatment and I must say that it is the best thing I have ever tried. Carly starts the treatment on the face, her oils she uses are so lovely and not overwhelming and then moves to the feet. The reflex points on the face combined with those on the feet are a sure way to treat any ailment or concern you may have. I usually don't get to chat much at the session which is a shame as that is also a treat with Carly as I am so relaxed that I usually fall asleep. I can highly recommend Carly and her treatments. She is an asset to the industry and really cares about all her clients.
