About me

Hi, I'm Carly.

For over 20 years I've had the privilege of supporting women through fertility, pregnancy and women's health.

No two journeys are ever the same, which is why every session is completely personalised.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all treatment, I draw on reproductive reflexology, fertility coaching, many different reflexology trainings, breathwork, EFT, facial reflexology, gentle release therapy and nervous system regulation to support the woman sitting in front of me.

Above all, I want you to feel heard, understood and gently supported - wherever you are on your journey.
