  • Before our session together, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive online questionnaire, then we will discuss everything from your cycle to supplements and lifestyle. This will include a follow up email with my recommendations, hand reflexology videos for you and access to my Googledrive which include, Relaxation sessions and general advice.
