I started having reflexology (foot and face) and was introduced to Carly’s amazing meditations before and after my embryo transfer, which was successful and I am now about to give birth. This was my first experience of reflexology for IVF and I am so grateful I decided to try it. I always left feeling calmer and more balanced, and I genuinely felt I responded so well to the treatments throughout my IVF journey. My reflexology appointments became my precious “me time” and played such an important role in helping me relax, recharge and care for myself throughout. I received relaxing fertility reflexology appointments with Carly almost the whole way through my IVF journey. As someone who holds space for others regularly, this was a beautiful time for me to relax and enjoy. My journey was a long process involving 4 rounds with both NHS and private, the private clinic in which Carly recommended was amazing - LCRH in London. We got there in the end and currently 14 weeks pregnant. So grateful for Carly and all her knowledge and recommendations, she was a key part to deeper understandings of our particular journey around Male Factor infertility which isn't talked about enough! Carly has honestly changed my life in a matter of weeks. I began working with her following a missed miscarriage which destroyed my confidence in my body and heightened my anxiety. From our first conversation, I immediately felt comforted, reassured and held. Since then I have been seeing Carly for fertility coaching and reflexology treatments. She truly goes beyond and beyond for her clients, giving me tons of support in her own time between treatments, checking in after scans and tests and generally being the kind and reassuring voice that everyone needs during the highly challenging period after a miscarriage. I went to see Carly as I was TTC and struggled with irregular cycles and PCOS. Carly is great for making you feel relaxed and listened to. She is a whole host of knowledge. My cycles are much more regular and she is great at looking at your cycle/seeing if you have ovulated. I’m now pregnant which is amazing! I will continue to see her whilst pregnant. Thank you Carly.
